How it works

Take the order over the phone
Agree the order and total with your customer while they're on the call.

Key the card details straight into the terminal
On an enabled terminal in MOTO mode, type the card number, expiry and CVV as the customer reads them out.

Take the payment and send a receipt
Confirm the payment and send a receipt by email or SMS.
Pricing
Surcharge+1%
Applied on top of your standard acquiring fee for each manual entry payment. No setup or monthly fee. The surcharge reflects the higher fraud risk of card-not-present transactions.
Subject to approval
Because card-not-present payments carry more risk, every request goes through an eligibility check and isn't guaranteed. If approved, we'll enable MOTO on your chosen terminals — reviews are typically complete in 3 working days.
